MailVision Announces its Network IVR System (NetIVR) FOR VOIP SERVICE PROVIDERS

Cebit, Hanover, Germany March 9,2006 - MailVision Ltd., has announced its Network IVR System (NetIVR) that enables service providers to create a network based unified voice/data communication environment, which is completely self-managed by business customers.

The NetIVR system's key benefit is to allow customers to fully manage the service, using either a Web or IVR interface, including personal preferences and requirements.

The NetIVR system is placed as a separate server within a SIP Network environment. The NetIVR system receives calls in SIP format for multiple pre-defined customers. Customers are represented within a tree structure in the NetIVR system. This tree structure enables each customer to have multiple department layers which, in turn, enhances the callers' options.

"MalVision's NetIVR system gives business users a single number that routes incoming calls to multiple endpoints and leverages location and presence information for highly customized service delivery", says Benjamin Bar-Ness, VP of Business Development for MailVision.

MailVision's SIP Application platform enables service providers to build scalable and reliable packet-voice services. MailVision's unique IP-based architecture directly integrates into an IMS network infrastructure and delivers cost effective, revenue producing communication services.
